Mr. Paolo Simoni is a lawyer in Brescia (Italy) and he is specialized in the field of company law, international law, turn-around operations and development of investment funds.
In 1991 he founded Simoni & Partners Law Firm whose Head Office is in Brescia but it has addresses also in Lugano, for tax planning, London, Tallinn and Dubai.
He is a member of Board of Directors of many important companies and he is qualified in development of investment funds. More specifically, the Firm follows for many years companies that work in real estate and oil and gas and it follows also stock exchange quotations (OTB, AMEX, NASDAQ) thanks to long collaboration with important American Law Firms.
